An Intimate and Private Setting for Small Groups
Canyon Lodge very exclusive, perfect for families and friends as it accommodates up to 6 guests. Three king size en-suite bedrooms with private decks overlooking the canyon, provide every guest secluded luxury. With open-air showers affixed to some of the suites, and floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors overlooking the canyon, there is a flowing unity between outdoor and indoor spaces. An outdoor dining area adjacent to the swimming pool allows for magical fireside dinners under the stars.
A private king-sized guides room is available at the lodge to provide accommodate guides that accompany guests on photographic or retreat vacations.
Casually Elegant with a Natural Atmosphere
Canyon Lodge flows into the surroundings with natural colours and textures, creating an oasis of comfort set against a backdrop of rugged, untamed wilderness.
The Paaiskloof stream creates natural pools below the decks where tigers occasionally stop to drink. and a waterhole behind the lodge attracts a variety of wildlife species. The lodge structure has been constructed into the natural boulders of the canyon cliff face, creating unique rock features inside some of the rooms.

Accommodation
Set within 15,000 acres of private reserve, Kishindo’s Canyon Lodge consists of three king-size luxury en-suite rooms, with communal living spaces, catering for up to 6 guests. A private king-sized guides room is available for guides that accompany guests on photographic or retreat vacations.

There is a swimming pool on the front lawn overlooking the lodge gardens and the open grasslands.
Outdoor shower affixed to two of the suites.

There is complimentary internet (Wi-Fi) access, however due to the remote location of the lodge, the wireless connection can be slow and intermittent.
Children age 10+ are welcome with prior arrangement. For the interest of safety, children’s participation in game activities is at the discretion of your guide.
Kosher and Halaal is available at an additional charge – please book in advance.
Electricity / Power available
220V. Converters are also available and hairdryers are supplied in each suite.
Our lodge is completely solar powered and off-the-grid.
Backup diesel generators ensure we can continue to operate during long periods of cloud cover.
